By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility

Account Responsibilities

STRATOS provides trading infrastructure and governance tooling. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security or governance controls.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and the STRATOS name and marks, are owned by STRATOS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRATOS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where the State of Texas is required by applicable consumer law. The Services are operated from the United States.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek relief in a small-claims court for qualifying claims. You and STRATOS waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes To These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
